PLTW CERTIFICATION PROCESS
Project Lead the Way recommends that schools become certified before or during their second year in the program. Kern Family Foundation grant awards will only be continued in year three and beyond to certified schools. Certification lasts for five years and is required if your high school students intend to take the exam for college credit. Your school can be certified in the first year of implementation.
